Friend or Foe
Distinguishing between legitimate and unauthorized activity is essential on complex sites. Inability to identify friend or foe could result in safety breaches or excessive nuisance alarms.
AdvanceGuard's unique friend or foe feature is fully configurable and can be adapted to the needs of your specific site. Settings can be changed to eliminate alarms generated by vehicles and personnel performing permitted work. Therefore, alarms are only activated when a true threat is detected. This builds operator trust, allowing them to be confident in the system and have confidence in alerts raised. The friend or foe feature will perform accurately even when security patrols adopt a changing shift pattern.

How to Identify Friend or Foe
A GPS is added to the existing radar system. Any movement is detected by the radar, which will provide real-time locations to the operators. Using the GPS integration, the software will distinguish between 'friend' or 'foe'.
'Friends' will be identified by the software, and shown clearly in green. Alarms will be suppressed when targets are authorised activity. When illegitimate activity is identified, the target will appear in red, and an alarm will be generated for operator intervention.
The software can be used for intruders on foot as well as vehicle intruders.
Friend or foe is the ultimate situational awareness.
Why Choose AdvanceGuard?
Pin points the exact location of targets, categorising them as 'friend' or 'foe', and only raising an alarm when a true threat is detected.

Identify friend or foe inside and outside of the perimeter. Intuitive interface. The system controls cameras, relays and other sensors. It integrates with bulk SMS providers and security/video management systems.
Real-time tracking, enabling a fast response to any true threats. Ability to recall track history.
