Key tunnel projects

Navtech's ClearWay solution has been chosen by Yunex Traffic NL for a technology trial with Rijkswaterstat. It involves demonstrating stopped vehicle and wrong-way driver detection across a single tunnel tube and parts of the outlying area.

Stockholm Bypass

Förbifart Stockholm is a new 21-kilometre-long route for the European highway (E4) past the Swedish capital. Navtech's radar AID solution was selected by Yunex Traffic BV. for detection at the tunnel portals and across the highway.

Statens vegvesen's innovative Ryfast tunnel project replaces a 45-minute ferry crossing for the people of Stavanger, Norway. It is one of 18 tunnel schemes Navtech has commissioned to increase safety in Norwegian tunnels.

Hindhead Tunnel

The Hindhead Tunnel, England, was opened to relieve congestion on a key strategic road linking London to the South. In the tunnel, ClearWay’s Automatic Incident Detection (AID) reports incidents within 10 seconds.
