We see it as our mission to foster innovation, pushing the boundaries of radar technology and delivering practical, sustainable solutions to some of the world’s toughest problems.
We believe that we have an obligation to demonstrate a similar level of continual improvement in our environmental sustainability as we do in our technology, and this forms a key part of our strategy. Our Sustainability committee is endorsed by the Navtech board and supported by our environmental policies to ensure sustainability is embedded through our organisation and operations.
We are dedicated to doing the right thing to support climate change, We define, adopt and regularly review measures to reduce our climate impact.
Working with our supply chain and in-house manufacturing facility to ensure our supplies, inputs and processes are using the most sustainable sources and eliminate waste.
We focus on building diverse teams that represent the communities and markets that we operate within. Developing and training our teams to ensure that everyone has access to opportunities and are treated fairly.
All members of our team are involved in our efforts to improve our sustainability, and we encourage our staff to make improvement suggestions using our staff engagement platform.
To date, over 30% of our staff have taken advantage of our cycle to work scheme, and electric charging points have been installed at our premises to encourage and support electric vehicle use. We have generated carbon offset through our annual waste pack return and work closely with our suppliers and supply chain to help them to improve their sustainability in the products that we procure from them.
