Radar Data
Why is our radar data exceptionally high-quality?
Radar resolution is defined by the frequency bandwidth and wavelength of the radar signal. The smaller the wavelength, the better the range resolution. We operate in the millimetre range, meaning our sensors are high-resolution.

With a smaller resolution cell, less processing is needed to isolate targets from the overall clutter map and the target size can be far smaller. This is how our radar produces exceptionally high quality data that is essential for autonomous applications.
Delivering on the potential of radar
Reliable performance in adverse conditions
Radar has long been recognised as the best sensor technology to deliver reliable performance in adverse environmental conditions and, in many cases, radar solutions provide unparalleled performance when compared with alternatives. Radar is a technology that has been around for over 60 years and yet has only become available at a commercial price point comparatively recently.
Our mission is to increase the awareness and adoption of radar technology by educating the market on the benefits of radar. At Navtech Radar we develop world-leading radar sensors that work in all environments, all the time to provide reliable performance when you need it most. Unaffected by rain, fog, dust or dirt our technology can be relied on when other sensors fail.
