We are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new customer service initiative, NavCover+. This supports the company’s drive towards offering a superior warranty service to all customers. With the new initiative, we aim to provide customers with a prolonged service agreement option. This will include differing levels of support, response times and many other perks.

Our expert customer service team, will be ready to troubleshoot any issues you may experience with our hardware or software. Once a ticket is raised, our engineers can connect remotely to the site for a thorough investigation. If any issues are found, a solution will be efficiently organised and implemented.
