The Position - Sales Account Manager (Highways Sales)
Due to recent rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account/Channel Manager within the Highways Sales team. You will work both individually and as part of a team, with ownership of the whole sales process. This will involve finding and developing new opportunities, retention of customers from across the globe, relationship and pipeline management of Partner/System Integrator channels, as well as leading and/or co-ordinating product demonstrations, client meetings and other site visits.
We are looking for a self-starter, who is customer focused, with an eye for opportunities and a drive to go above and beyond. You should have 3+ years’ customer focused sales experience, ideally working within a Software or Highways environment, with excellent communication skills and a high degree of computer literacy. Experience of selling into, and supporting international customers is preferred. A background in engineering is desirable but experience of radar technology is not necessary, as full product specific training will be provided.
The role will be based at our offices in Ardington, but you should be willing to travel to customer sites and industry exhibitions both in the UK and abroad.

Our work headquarters
Navtech Radar is based in the picturesque village of Ardington just outside Wantage, Oxfordshire. The office is very close to Didcot which has excellent train links to London. The location is easily commutable from Oxford, Swindon and Newbury.
The office is a modern farm conversion and offers excellent facilities in a beautiful environment with plenty of space, including ample free parking.
