Pinpoints the exact location of intruders
Mission critical sites require full situational awareness at all times, to ensure security is not breached and in case of necessary emergency intervention. Failure to have ongoing awareness of an event could have severe consequences, so systems which cannot provide this in all conditions are unsafe for use on complex applications.
AdvanceGuard provides full and ongoing situational awareness 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It provides real-time tracking, enabling a fast response. Even during adverse weather and poor light conditions, the system will pin point the exact location of intruders and their direction of movement and speed. This provides accurate data for a fast response.
- Fog, snow, rain, sand and dust storms
- Complex and cluttered environments
- Water and spray
- All levels of light, from darkness to sun glare
- Detection inside and outside of the perimeter
- Friend or foe
- Vehicle detection
- Land and water detection
How Does Situational Awareness Work?
Visual tracking map
Situational awareness works as a visual map for operators. Both unauthorised and authorised presence can be detected and tracked, so operators are fully aware of movement at all times. Unauthorised entrance into controlled zones or unusual behaviour will generate an alarm, allowing operators time to respond and intervene. The system is fully automated and can control integrated cameras for added visual information. Sensors scan 360 and can detect up to 3km, meaning few sensors are needed to cover the entire site.
The system provides full situational awareness in all weather and light conditions.
Additional AdvanceGuard Functions
Pin points the exact location of intruders, and their direction of movement and speed, providing accurate data and full situational awareness for fast response.
Data is stored on the system for forensic analysis and training purposes after the event. This provides accurate information of what occurred, and how to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
High-resolution radar differentiates target size, meaning it can filter out authorised personnel and vehicles, or any small wildlife. This keeps false alarm rates to a minimum.
Fully automated detection both inside and outside of the perimeter. The system controls cameras, relays and other sensors without operators having to do anything. This allows for faster response times.
AdvanceGuard alarm rates are as low as one-per-radar per-day. This ensures total operator trust in the system.
